1. Welcome to the E-Commerce website of Destination Interiors for its Loloi Designer Rugs (Goods).

Freight Policy

We offer free freight for all orders to be delivered in New Zealand. Standard New Zealand delivery is 2-5 business days for Rugs in stock. Delivery to addresses in regional New Zealand may take a little longer. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

For all orders to be delivered in Australia the amount of freight and expected delivery time line will be advised for confirmation prior to the order being finalised.

For Rugs not in stock on pre-order, the expected delivery time is to be confirmed.

Please note that our warehouse closes for 2-3 weeks over the Xmas and New Year period each year which will delay delivery for orders placed in this period.

Whilst we strive to provide you with the best customer service by assisting where possible, we are not responsible for any third party courier or freight company delivery delays.

Website and Online Purchasing Terms of Use

1. By accessing, browsing or using this website (Site), you agree to be bound by these terms, conditions and disclaimers as amended from time to time.

2. These Terms of Use are in addition to any other terms and conditions that apply to the sale of goods or provision of services by Destination Interiors. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use then please immediately discontinue using this site.

3. Destination Interiors may amend the Terms of Use from time to time without notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately upon being posted on this site. Your continued use of this site after any amendment becomes affective will constitute your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use as amended.

Price

1. Prices quoted for the supply of goods are in New Zealand Dollars or Australian Dollars and include GST and any other taxes or duties imposed on or in relation to the goods, when supplied and delivered within New Zealand or Australia.

2. Prices displayed are subject to change.

3. If you request any variation to an order placed online Destination Interiors may increase the price to account for the variation.

4. When there is any change in the costs incurred by Destination Interiors in relation to the goods, Destination Interiors may vary its price to take account of any such change, by notifying you in writing.

5. If Destination Interiors discovers an error in pricing that appear online and which has been applied to your order, Destination Interiors will inform you in writing within two business days of identifying the pricing error.

6. When there is a change to price under Clause 4 or 5 and written notice is provided by Destination Interiors you may:

a. Agree to purchase the Goods at the revised price; or

b. Cancel the order which relate to the goods subject to the proposed price change and receive a refund.

Acceptance of Order

1. Any order placed online is accepted by Destination Interiors when you receive a confirmation email from Destination Interiors.

2. Once an order is accepted by Destination Interiors any returns and refunds will be dealt with according to our returns and refunds policy.

3. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, limits or modifies your rights or remedies against Destination Interiors for the failure of a statutory guarantee under the NZCL.

Availability of Goods

1. Any period or date for delivery of goods stated by Destination Interiors is an estimate only and not a contractual commitment.

2. Destination Interiors will use its reasonable endeavours to meet any estimated dates for delivery of the goods but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you for failure to meet any estimated date.

3. Where Destination Interiors reasonably believe an order will take more than 14 days it will notify you in writing and provide an estimated delivery time.

Privacy

1. Destination Interiors may collect, use, store, record and transmit your personal information entered on this site. For further details, please refer to Destination Interiors Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Site and the provision of your personal information constitutes your approval for Destination Interiors to deal with your personal information in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Disclaimer

1. Destination Interiors does not warrant, guarantee or make any representation regarding the accuracy, adequacy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the information available on this site (information) or that it is suitable for your intended use. The information is provided in good faith on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind.

2. The information provided is of a general nature only and should not be used as the basis for making any decision, without consulting primary, more accurate or more timely sources of information.

3. The Site may contain historical information that is not current and is provided for reference purposes only.

4. The Information does not constitute professional advice or advice about the suitability of its products for your or any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Destination Interiors will no way be liable to any party for any injury, loss or damage arising out of or related to the use of (or the inability use) the information on this Site or the selection of Goods or Service referred to on it. Under no circumstances will Destination Interiors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage including loss of programs or data, loss of business, business interruption or lost profits. If your use of this Site results in the need for servicing or replacing of equipment, Destination Interiors will not be liable for these costs.

2. Where liability cannot be excluded to the extent permitted by law and liability incurred by Destination Interiors is limited to the re-supply of the information on the Site or the reasonable costs of having the information re-supplied.

Spam

1. Any publication of Destination Interiors email addresses on this Site is to facilitate communications relating to the Goods and Services supplied by Destination Interiors. It must not be inferred as consent by Destination Interiors to receive unsolicited commercial electronic messages.

Miscellaneous

1. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand. If you access this Site from other jurisdictions, you are additionally responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. If a provision (or part of it) is held to be unenforceable or invalid, then it must be interpreted as narrowly as necessary to allow it to be enforceable or valid.

3. A party may exercise its rights at any time and does not waive those even if that party previously waived a breach or default of all or part of the same or other provision or delayed or omitted to exercise its rights.

4. A waiver is only effective if it is signed by the party granting the waiver and only to the extent set out in the waiver.

Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

If you have purchased through this website www.destinationinteriors.co.nz and for some reason you are not happy with your products please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. (excluding postage) Please note, return postage costs must be covered by the customer.

Please email your order number and invoice to info@destinationinteriors.co.nz

You must notify us with 10 days of receiving your shipment and return the goods to us within 14 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact and original invoice included. Destination Interiors does not offer refunds on items our courier services is able to provide evidence to as ‘DELIVERED’. Please note, refunds can only be processed using the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order which has not yet been dispatched please contact info@destinationinteriors.co.nz. If your order has been dispatched you will need to return this order to us at your own cost.

Faulty Item

We always aim to dispatch quality products. If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible quoting your Invoice number, name and address and as many details as possible including images of the product and its fault. Please advise us within 10 days of receipt of the faulty item to allow us to resolve the matter quickly by arranging exchange, repair or refund.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged in transit please contact Destination Interiors within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged item returned to Destination Interiors to assess the damage and will either repair, replace or refund the price of the goods to you. Damaged goods must be returned to Destination Interiors in the condition received by you with all the original packaging and your Invoice.

Wrong Item

If you have received an item that is not what you had originally ordered please contact us immediately quoting your Invoice number, name and address, details of the product received and product originally ordered and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will be in touch with advice on how you should proceed with the return.

Colour Representation Onscreen

Although care is taken to ensure images are not misrepresented colours are not exact matches due to variance in printer standards and monitor calibration. Please use the images as a reference. Exchanges for a discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.
