Shipping policy

We offer free freight for all rug orders to be delivered in New Zealand. For any other item, there will be a freight price determined by item category. Standard New Zealand delivery is 2-5 business days for items in stock, but please allow extra time for unforeseen circumstances. Delivery to addresses in regional New Zealand may take a little longer. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

For all orders to be delivered in Australia the amount of freight and expected delivery time line will be advised for confirmation prior to the order being finalised.

For items on pre-order, the expected delivery time is to be confirmed.

Please note that our warehouse closes for 2-3 weeks over the Xmas and New Year period each year which will delay delivery for orders placed in this period.

Whilst we strive to provide you with the best customer service by assisting where possible, we are not responsible for any third party courier or freight company delivery delays.

Shipping costs to return an itemĀ are at the customers expense, unless the item is faulty. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
